2 Silver St offers open plan living arrangements downstairs. The property can be accessed from the street, through a front porch with space for coats, shoes buckets & spades, or from the back through a pretty, shared courtyard area.
The spacious lounge benefits from comfy sofas and armchairs as well as two reading chairs and a selection of books. There is a 52” TV and DVD player and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay, as well as a stereo & CD player.
The lounge opens through to the kitchen and open plan dining area, with sliding doors out to the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for guest use. The large oak dining table comfortably seats up to 8, and looks through the patio doors to the courtyard. There is also a downstairs w.c and utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are three good sized rooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and benefits from a lovely little balcony overlooking the courtyard - perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. The second bedroom offers full size twin beds, and the bunk room is also well equipped with reading lights for each bunk, and USB charging points. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom. The large family bathroom benefits from both a walk in shower and a full sized bath with a retractable shower hose, heated towel rail and a shaving point next to the mirror.

The fourth bedroom is located in the 'Annexe' at the back of the property, accessed through a connecting door off the kitchen/ utility area.
The Annexe offers a narrow galley kitchenette and seating area, and looks out onto the courtyard. A spiral staircase leads up to a slim bedroom, with a double bed accessible from one side. With three big windows, the room is bright and airy. The ensuite shower room is spacious with a double shower, toilet and basin.

2 Silver St is strictly no smoking and allows dogs at the agents discretion. Travel cots, highchairs, bed guards and beach towels can all be hired locally on request.

Electricity, bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the weekly rental price.
