Samphire is a beautifully presented family home set just moments from the golden sands of Porthcressa Beach, offering an idyllic base for a relaxed island getaway.
The front door opens into a welcoming hallway that leads through to a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. This sociable space features a flexible dining table, breakfast bar seating and a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, electric oven, and a microwave. Please note that the electric hob is an induction hob, and therefore caution is required for those with pacemakers. Additional appliances include a washing machine and integrated dishwasher. The kitchen opens directly onto a private courtyard—ideal for rinsing sandy toes after a day on the beach or enjoying alfresco meals in the sunshine.
The ground floor lounge sits just off the kitchen, accessed through double glazed doors. It offers a peaceful, comfortable space to unwind with a book or enjoy cosy evenings together.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, wall mounted TV and hand basin. A further double bedroom and a twin room are also located on this floor, along with a family bathroom complete with a bath and separate walk in shower.
A staircase leads to the attic room, where you’ll find the fourth bedroom with its own ensuite shower facilities.

All prices shown are for the use of three bedrooms on the first floor.
The attic en suite bedroom is available as an optional extra for £200 per week.
If you wish to use this room, please select the attic bedroom add on during the booking process.

Weekly rental prices include electricity, bed linen and towels, as well as a welcome hamper of tea/ coffee/ milk and some nibbles.
Beach towels can be hired locally, and travel cots and highchairs are available to hire on request.
The owner may consider well behaved dogs on a case by case basis, subject to a refundable security deposit.
