Tucked away in a quiet residential part of Scilly, this modest apartment provides clean and comfortable accommodation for a relaxed island stay. With a small outdoor seating area and all the essentials for a comfortable holiday, it makes an excellent base from which to enjoy everything the islands have to offer.

Access is via a few concrete steps at the end of Sally Port, leading to a private outdoor area with a table and chairs. The entrance opens directly into the well-equipped kitchen, which includes an under-counter fridge, oven, hob, microwave and condenser dryer. The bathroom is located off the kitchen and features a walk-in shower with a small step up into the shower tray.

Beyond the kitchen is the lounge, furnished with two two-seater bamboo sofas, a wall-mounted heater and a TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the islands.

There are two bedrooms. The first is a standard double room with views across Porthcressa, while the second is a twin room with two single beds. All bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included in the weekly rental cost. Beach towels can be hired locally on request.

The property is dog-friendly by prior arrangement, making it a great option for guests wishing to bring a well-behaved canine companion on their island holiday.
