Shearwater offers five en-suite bedrooms, accommodating a variety of group sizes:
Bedroom 1 – Standard double room.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 – Flexible zip-and-link beds, which can be configured as either a super king or twin beds.
Bedroom 4 – Flexi zip-and-link bed. Also includes a double pull-out futon bed, available by prior arrangement.
Bedroom 5 (Attic Room) – Features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. This room can also accommodate up to two additional guests on single pull-out futon beds, available by prior arrangement.

Please note: Bedroom 5 is located in the attic and has restricted headroom in places due to the sloping ceilings.

Downstairs comprises a large lounge, dining room, kitchen / day room opening up to a spacious private courtyard. The spacious kitchen is newly fitted, incorporating breakfast bar seating and separate dining table. There is a range cooker, with twin ovens, twin grills and six hobs. Other appliances include microwave oven, large fridge and separate freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

To the rear of the property is a sunny courtyard garden, with a rear access leading out onto Porthcressa Beach, just a few yards away.
