Chy Carn offers beautifully-appointed accommodation of the highest quality, complete with private garden and terrace with BBQ (ideal for al fresco dining after a day on the beach and watching the sun go down). The house is bright and airy and is bathed in the beautiful light that Scilly is famous for. It has a welcoming coastal feel with tasteful soft furnishings and seascapes of Scilly throughout the property.

A quiet location yet just a short walk from all the local amenities of Hugh Town, including the Quay and beaches. An ideal spot for taking the coastal path around St Mary's.

Leading from the generous boot room and utility, the house has a large, open-plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, ideal for socialising, with a further separate lounge on the first floor both with stunning sea views across St Mary's to Samson, Bryher and Tresco. Ideally suited for extended families, or for two families sharing, with a layout that allows each family to have their own space.

Chy Carn sleeps up to 10 in a combination of king size, zip & link and twin rooms all either ensuite or a dedicated bath/shower room. It also benefits from a ground floor bedroom.

Facilities include a large electric rangemaster oven, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen with integrated AEG freezer and larder fridge, fast speed Wi-Fi, and T.V.'s with DVD or Blu ray players.

Guests pets are not permitted but please note that the owners occasionally bring their dogs to the property. Under 5's are welcomed by prior agreement only.
