It benefits from a ground floor bedroom and a recently refurbished ground floor shower room. 

The rear granite walled courtyard, attractively planted with palms, grasses and shrubs is a sun trap in the summer, and perfect for BBQ's. The house is popular with large families or 2 families sharing.

 

Please note that under 5's are only permitted with prior agreement due to the open tread staircase, and we do not accept dogs in any of our properties.

FULL DESCRIPTION

An attractive period house located close to the centre of town, within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the harbour and just yards away from the ever popular Porthcressa and Town beaches.

Recently re-decorated throughout, Clarence House retains many attractive features such as exposed granite, beamed ceilings and cottage-style doors. The farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with attractive oil-fired stove heater set into a large open chimney breast is a lovely feature, as is the cosy snug lounge with Victorian cast iron fireplace. This is in addition to the main lounge featuring fitted cast-iron multifuel stove and freeview TV.

The accommodation is provided in 1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite facilities (which can also be a twin) and 3 double rooms and family shower room. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor as is a further shower room. Features include a washer/dryer, dish washer, Wi-Fi, freeview TV, DVD player & BBQ. The property is fitted with electric panel heaters throughout. Please note there is no access to the attic room.

The rear granite walled courtyard attractively planted with palms, grasses and shrubs is a sun trap in the summer and the side gate provides easy access to Porthcressa beach a short walk away. To the front of the property there is a small granite-walled garden.

The house would be suitable for large families or 2 families sharing. Please note that under 5's are only permitted with prior agreement due to the open tread staircase.
