OUR SELF CATERING PROPERTIES
Wingletang
Wingletang is a beautiful Grade 2 listed house located in the centre of Hugh Town, overlooking the park. Previously run as a guesthouse the new owners have made some minor changes to make it a comfortable self-catering property. They are planning a major refurbishment, which they hope will be completed during the winter of 2023. With 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 people, it is ideally suited to large family gatherings or several families sharing.

Perfectly located for island hopping and all of the amenities of town, it is just a moments’ walk to Porthcressa beach.
​
The property comprises a downstairs living/dining room, snug lounge, fitted kitchen, wc and a small patio garden.
​
Upstairs, there are 2 zip link bedrooms (which can be either twins or super king beds), 2 doubles, 1 bunk room and 3 singles. The attic room has an additional single bed. Please note that 1 single and the bunk room share a shower room whilst all other rooms are ensuite.
​
Please note that whilst we don't accept dogs in any of our properties, the owners sometimes bring their own dog to Wingletang.
​
** Wingletang is due to be refurbished in the winter of 2023, we hope it will be open for bookings from June 2024**
Men A Vaur
Catering for up to 12 guests in six bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, this large modern property has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, and offers tastefully presented accommodation to a high standard.

Men a Vaur is perfectly located on the edge of Hugh Town, and is ideal for large group holidays or multigenerational family gatherings, with a large open plan kitchen / dining room opening onto a sunny, south-facing patio and garden.

Shearwater House
A gem of a property, right in the heart of Hugh Town, this large Grade-II Listed town house is perfectly located as a holiday rental. Overlooking the park, and within a short walk of beaches, the quay and town centre facilities, this lovely house benefits from a sunny south-facing courtyard garden.

Shearwater offers fully en-suite accommodation for 10 guests in five double / twin bedrooms, together with a large lounge, dining room, kitchen / day room and outside space. It offers a perfect base for large families, groups or clubs, and has been thoughtfully presented throughout following a comprehensive refurbishment in 2018.

Chy Carn
Chy Carn offers beautifully-appointed accommodation of the highest quality, complete with private garden and BBQ terrace in a quiet location just a short walk from all the local amenities of Hugh Town.
​
Chy Carn sleeps 10 guests in a combination of king size, zip & link and twin rooms all either ensuite or with a private shower/bath room. It also benefits from a ground floor bedroom.
​
The house boasts a large, open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room, with a second separate lounge on the first floor. With stunning sea views across St Mary's, this property is ideally suited for extended family holidays or two families sharing.

Holy Vale Farmhouse
Holy Vale Farmhouse offers beautifully-appointed accommodation of the highest quality, complete with private garden and terrace - perfect for a BBQ and al fresco dining after a day on the beach.
Sleeping 8 people in two double and two twin bedrooms, the farmhouse has a large, open-plan kitchen/ dining room with separate lounge and is popular with larger families, or two families sharing.

Clarence House
An attractive period house located close to Porthcressa Beach, and only a short flat walk to the centre of town and the Quay, Clarence House sleeps 8 in one ensuite zip and link bedroom, and 3 double rooms. It benefits from a ground floor bedroom and a recently refurbished ground floor shower room.
​
The rear granite walled courtyard, attractively planted with palms, grasses and shrubs is a sun trap in the summer, and perfect for BBQ's. The house is popular with large families or 2 families sharing.
Please note that under 5's are only permitted with prior agreement due to the open tread staircase, and we do not accept dogs in any of our properties.
Sunhaven
Sun Haven is a luxury, new build, four-bedroom property, sleeping up to 8 people. Located on the edge of Hugh Town, with a sizable garden it is perfectly located for all the amenities of Hugh Town and St Mary’s harbour.

Sun Haven has been considerately designed with a ramped entrance way, extra wide door frames and level access throughout all communal areas, making it perfect for extended families and those with reduced mobility.
​
There is a ground floor ensuite bedroom, which has wet-room shower facilities, and 3 further ensuite bedrooms upstairs.

Sea Spray
​Sea Spray is a centrally located 4 bedroom house sleeping up to 7 guests, with stunning views and a sunny courtyard.
​
Just moments from Town Beach, the house boasts spacious living areas, as well as a second lounge looking out to sea, across the harbour.
​
Only a stone’s throw from the waters edge, it is well suited to extended families, or groups of friends.
​
It is a Saturday changeover, and whilst the owners sometimes bring their own dog, sadly guests’ dogs are not permitted.
Dolphins
A traditional Scillonian granite house, superbly located just yards from Old Town beach, Dolphins offers the perfect setting for a family holiday on Scilly, accommodating 6 people in two kingsize and one twin room.

Situated in Old Town, there is a local pub, café and restaurant as well as several art galleries all moments away from the property, whilst the Harbour and amenities of Hugh Town are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Dolphins also benefits from a sun lounge, which opens directly onto the patio garden overlooking the beach, an excellent spot for evening sun and al fresco dining.

Monaveen
A picture postcard granite cottage, overlooking the beach at Porthcressa, Monaveen has the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday.
Just a five-minute walk to all the amenities of Hugh Town, and a step on to the beach, it also benefits from a south-facing patio garden - perfect for 'al fresco' dining with a view to die for.

Monaveen sleeps 6 people in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The property is attractively furnished throughout, combining all the benefits of modern living with the charm of a traditional cottage, including Wi-Fi.

Please note whilst dogs are not permitted, the owner sometimes brings their own dog.
Fairways
Fairways is a centrally located beach-side bungalow that enjoys fantastic sea views across Porthcressa Bay. With its bright, open-plan accommodation and private gardens, Fairways makes an excellent base for a perfect family holiday on Scilly.
Accommodation sleeps 6 in one double ensuite bedroom and two twin bedrooms with separate bathroom.

Moorings, The Custom House
Moorings is the ground floor apartment of the Custom’s House, a landmark building on St Mary’s harbourfront, sleeping 6 people in three ensuite bedrooms, which can all be made up as doubles or twins.

Moorings occupies the entire ground floor of the building and benefits from a large private courtyard garden with sea views and direct beach access.
The property is furnished & equipped to the highest specification, complete with digital TV and Wi-Fi.

3 Golden Mansions
No 3 Golden Bay Mansions is a first floor apartment, centrally located with stunning panoramic Harbour views from the lounge/diner and 2 of the bedrooms. It enjoys a prime beachfront location on the ever popular Town Beach, with local amenities only a short walk away. The apartment has been stylishly refurbished throughout to provide modern living with a retro twist and comprises: spacious lounge/diner; kitchen; separate bathroom; king ensuite; flexible second bedroom with super king zip & link bed; and third twin room. The accommodation lends itself to couples sharing or families with older children alike and with its enviable sea views this apartment is perfect for a relaxing Scilly break whatever the weather.
Children over 12 welcomed, we do not accept dogs in any of our properties.
Spinnaker, The Customs House
Spinnaker is situated on the first floor of the Custom's House building, with its own private ground floor access, and offers part-ensuite accommodation for 5 guests in two double / twin bedrooms and one single bedroom.
The apartment has stunning sea views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The property is furnished & equipped to the highest specification, complete with digital TV and Wi-Fi.

Please note that an Access statement is available on request and the apartment is accessed via internal staircase with the accommodation provided over 2 floors.

Corners
Corners is the perfect choice for a family holiday on Scilly, located in the heart of Hugh Town just a short walk from the harbour.

This stylish and spacious duplex apartment offers bright and airy accommodation comprising of ensuite master bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen/ diner and lounge with sliding doors to a small enclosed outdoor patio.
​
An Access statement is available upon request but please note that the apartment is accessed up a flight of internal steps and the accommodation is situated on the first and second floors.

Oystercatcher
A bright and airy ground floor apartment, located just a short level walk from the harbour and amenities of Hugh Town. A great base for a perfect Scilly holiday.

The property has recently been comprehensively upgraded, including new bathroom suite, oak doors, carpets and redecoration throughout. It now offers spacious, bright and airy accommodation for four people in one kingsize bedroom and one twin bedroom.

No. 5 Harbour View Mansions is a spacious second floor flat located in the heart of Hugh Town with enviable views across Town beach and the quay.
This beautifully decorated apartment consists of reception hall, modern kitchen, spacious lounge / diner, king size master bedroom and shower room, and one twin bedroom with ensuite shower facilities.
This apartment is the perfect base for a Scilly holiday, whatever the weather!

Trefoil
A bright and airy ground floor flat, well located just a short level walk from beaches, the harbour and amenities of Hugh Town, Trefoil is the perfect base for a Scilly holiday.

Having been recently upgraded, the accommodation sleeps 4 guests in a king size bedroom (with private bathroom) and a super king size/twin room with ensuite facilities. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and both bedrooms have a TV.
​
Trefoil would ideally suit 2 couples sharing or a family. Children over 5 are welcome by prior arrangement, no dogs.
May Butterflies
May Butterflies is a beautifully appointed ground floor apartment with a sunny outside courtyard area, situated just seconds from Little Porth and Porthcressa beach.
​
With a fully equipped kitchen, light and spacious lounge and newly refurbished bathroom, this apartment offers the perfect base for a Scilly break, and comfortably sleeps 2 people in a zip 'n' link bed (which can be arranged as a super-king or twin).
​
Located in a quiet part of Hugh Town, just a stone's throw from the beach, and a short walk to the harbour, May Butterflies offers all the comforts of home but perfectly positioned on Scilly.
​
Sadly this apartment is not suitable for young children, but the owner does consider allowing a small dog with prior arrangement.
Hideaway
The Hideaway is an endearing and well-equipped ground floor apartment for 2 people. It is perfectly situated in the centre of Hugh Town, a short flat walk to all amenities and the harbour, with direct beach access.

The accommodation comprises twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, and open plan lounge, kitchen, diner. Being so central and with no stairs to negotiate, this property lends itself well to out of season visits to both couples, friends or the single traveller alike.

The Crow's Nest is a self-catering apartment for 2, in central Hugh Town. Equally suited to couples or the single traveller, the apartment comprises lounge / dining room open to modern fitted kitchen, shower room, and twin bedroom.

Situated in the heart of Hugh Town, Spanish Ledge is within easy reach of all local shops, pubs and restaurants while the quay is only a five minute walk away for all your boating needs. The popular Porthcressa Beach is almost on the doorstep.

Minnehaha
A south facing, town centre studio apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Hugh Town, having the benefit of direct beach access. Albany Flat 4 is a centrally located second floor apartment in this 200 year old house.

The property is on Church Street, close to Porthcressa and Town Beach, and only a short walk to the Harbour for island hopping and boating experiences.

It comprises of a twin bedroom with ensuite shower facilities, and an open plan lounge/kitchen diner.
​
All linen and towels are provided and there is wi-fi in the property to keep you connected during your stay.
