It is a Saturday changeover, and whilst the owners sometimes bring their own dog, sadly guests’ dogs are not permitted.

The changeover day is a Monday, and there is the option to also hire Little Ganilly which is located beneath the property, on street level.

The apartment is on the ground floor of Rosevean House, a three-storey terraced Edwardian house on Church Road, and is only a short,  level walk from the harbour and the amenities of the town. It benefits from its own private entrance at the side of the building, and has a large private terrace.

The property is light and spacious throughout, and comprises kitchen. living/ dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs leads to the two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Sadly this apartment is not suitable for young children, but the owner does consider allowing a small dog with prior arrangement.
